Dr. Prabhat Rahangdale

Dr. Prabhat S Rahangdale
With a PhD in disaster response and mitigation and an M.I. Fire from the Institution of Fire Engineers (UK), Dr. Prabhat brings deep expertise in emergency management and public safety. As the former Chief Fire Officer and Director of Maharashtra Fire Services, he has also contributed to global efforts through his work with the United Nations Disaster Assessment and Coordination (UNDAC). Recipient of the Fire Service Medal for Gallantry (three times) and the Fire Meritorious Services Medal from the President of India, his decorated career plays a vital role in steering Forteza’s vision for innovation and advancement in fire safety.

Over 40 years of hands-on experience in the UAE’s fire safety and security industry form the foundation of strategic leadership in delivering tailored, sector-specific safety solutions. With a strong focus on technology integration and the development of 24/7 monitoring systems, this approach has helped establish new benchmarks for operational safety across the region. Since inception, Forteza has set benchmarks through innovative solutions and seamless integration of advanced technologies. A key milestone is our specialized firefighting and rescue Electric ATVs chosen specifically for their enhanced mobility, cost-effectiveness, and ability to rapidly navigate complex urban spaces, such as narrow lanes, basements, parking areas, and malls. These vehicles combine fluorine-free foam, compressed air foam systems(CAFS), and essential rescue tools, providing adaptable, comprehensive response capabilities tailored for India’s diverse and challenging environments.
